Our Western society encourages us to drink – at parties, at dinner, after work, watching sport, celebrating weddings, births, commemorating deaths… In fact, our society makes it challenging for someone to stop drinking.
For some who can safely take or leave one or two drinks this is well and good, but for others who can’t, this pressure can end in self-defeating chaos.
Rehabit coaching is for those women who want change their lifestyle by introducing new habits to replace old unhelpful ones.
Based in Auckland, I am a graduate of the Professional Recovery Coach program through IAPRC at the NET Institute USA and I also have a full professional career behind me. I take all of this experience – coaching, career and world – and employ it in challenging, encouraging and cheerleading women who want to make healthy changes.
